Will I pay any fees at the time of delivery?
Fonclo price policy, UPS shipping will be free for orders of 1,500 TL and above. Domestic Shipping will be paid. You will not make any extra payment during the delivery of your order.
How much is the shipping fee? Do you have a Free Shipping option?
We keep the shipping fee constant in order to provide the best service to our members. Regardless of the amount, size and distance of the product you purchase, the shipping fee you will pay is 39.95 TL for Ups Cargo and 49.95 TL for Yurtiçi Cargo. For orders of 1,500 TL and above, UPS shipping will be free.
If I am not at the delivery address, to whom will my order be delivered?
If you are not at the specified address on the day your order will be delivered, your delivery will be made to a relative at the address.

In cases where you cannot be reached in any way, the cargo officer will leave a notice to your address. You can receive your order along with this news paper from the relevant branch within 3 days.

We also recommend that you contact the branch where your cargo is located, as cargo companies' delivery procedures may vary.
If you exceed the delivery time, your product will be sent back to our warehouse address by the cargo company.

The product(s) in my order arrived incorrectly, what should I do?
If the product you ordered and the product sent to you are not the same, you can call our customer service number 0850 259 59 54 for any problems you have with your product. After your conversation with our customer service representative, you can send your product back to our address without paying any shipping fee with the cargo shipment code given to you. We kindly request that you do not exceed your 14-day legal return period for your request to be processed.
Should I accept damaged or suspicious packages?
When your order reaches you, if you detect any deterioration or suspicious condition in the shipment package, please do not accept the shipment. Ask the cargo officer to keep a report and contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. If you sign and accept a package or delivery receipt that you think is problematic, the possibility of detecting damage or loss during transportation will be eliminated. In this case, the cargo company cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the transportation of your cargo. The cargo delivery receipt is a document showing that your order has been delivered to you undamaged and complete, and that this has been confirmed by you. If you have the slightest doubt about your cargo, please ask the officer to keep a report.
