Shopping on our site is very easy and safe. You can add the products you like from the "Add to My Cart" button, list and purchase the products you added via the "My Cart" button.

You can start your purchase by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button to get the products in your cart. After entering the delivery address and billing information on the page that opens, you must enter the information requested from you accurately and completely on the following pages. Finally, your purchase will be completed after you confirm your payment.

BASKET TRANSACTIONS

After logging in to our online store, it is a private area where the products you want to buy are collected. You can remove the products in your cart from your cart or add new products to your cart.

The products in your cart are stored for a short time, and when the period expires, they are deleted from your cart and made available for purchase by other members.

You can track your orders via the relevant order number on the "My Orders" page. You can also list your past purchases and view your current shopping status.

The orders you place on tr.fonclo.com reach us online and your payment is made automatically during the order creation phase. Since payment terms cannot be changed, you will not be able to add products to your order later. You can create a new order by simply canceling your current order or order the other product you want to purchase separately.

In order to cancel your order, your product must not have been delivered to cargo. Otherwise, you will need to follow the return procedures. To cancel products that have not been delivered to cargo, you can use the 'Cancel' button in the My Orders section or call our customer services representative at 0312 472 34 34 and submit your cancellation request.

DELIVERY

In accordance with FONCLO's price policy, you will not make any extra payment during the delivery of your order, as shipping charges will not be reflected on your orders of 1,500 TL and above.

We keep the shipping fee constant in order to provide the best service to our members. Regardless of the amount, size and distance of the product you purchase, the shipping fee you will pay is 39.95 TL for Ups Cargo and 49.95 TL for Yurtiçi Cargo. For orders of 1,500 TL and above, UPS shipping will be free.

If you are not at the specified address on the day your order will be delivered, your delivery will be made to a relative at the address.

If you cannot be reached in any way, the cargo officer will leave a notice to your address. You can receive your order from the relevant branch within 3 days with this notice. At the same time, we recommend that you contact the branch where your cargo is located, as delivery procedures of cargo companies may vary.

f you exceed the delivery time, your product will be sent back to our warehouse address by the cargo company.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If the product you ordered and the product sent to you are not the same, you can call our customer service number 0312 472 34 34 for any problems you are experiencing with your product. After your conversation with our customer service representative, you can send your product back to our address without paying any shipping fee with the cargo shipment code given to you. We kindly request that you do not exceed your 14-day legal return period for your request to be processed.

Please note that the return shipping costs depend on our shipping partners and may vary depending on the location. These return shipping costs will be deducted from the order value, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

When your order reaches you, if you detect any deterioration or suspicious condition in the shipment package, please do not accept the cargo. Ask the cargo officer to keep a report and contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. If you sign and accept a package or delivery receipt that you think is problematic, the possibility of detecting damage or loss during transportation will be eliminated. In this case, the cargo company cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the transportation of your cargo. The cargo delivery receipt is a document showing that your order has been delivered to you undamaged and complete, and that this has been confirmed by you. If you have the slightest doubt about your cargo, please ask the officer to keep a report.

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.

You can send the products you purchased to us for return and place a new order.

In order for your return to be made, the products must be unused, their labels and protective alarms must not have been removed, they must not have been altered and their resalable properties must not be lost. Within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the product and other GIFT products, if any, must be returned complete and undamaged.

Return procedures are carried out as follows;

You can create a return code by clicking the Return button in the My Orders section on tr.fonclo.com. For orders without membership, you can create your refund by clicking the 'Inquiry Order' button at the bottom of the page and entering your order code and phone number. After placing the product you want to return and the E-archive invoice in the package, you can write the return code you received on the top of the box and send it free of charge with the cargo company from which you received the product.

If you want to ship with different cargo companies, the shipping fee must be covered by you. You can return the products with the same cargo company that you chose when purchasing the products (UPS Cargo or Yurtiçi Cargo).

Following the delivery of your returned product to us, if no error is detected due to use after examination by our officials, the product price will be refunded to your account or card.

When returning your purchases in installments, the refund amount will be reflected in your account in installments. This procedure may vary depending on banks and card features, you need to contact your bank for detailed information.

For transactions purchased in cash by credit card and debit card, the refund will be reflected in your account at once.

*Products for which information is not provided within 14 days after delivery or whose salability is impaired will not be refunded by FONCLO.

You can return the products you purchased from our online store within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, in accordance with the Distance Selling Agreement. In cases exceeding this period, your refund requests will not be processed.

The Right of Withdrawal Without Reason in the Consumer Law covers the first 14 days after the date you receive the product. You can return the product you purchased within this period. If you want to return the product due to any manufacturing defect, the return period is 30 days.
